Accessibility statement

This statement applies to cityagenticfinance.org, the website of City Agentic Finance Lab (CAFiL), part of City St George’s, University of London.

Using this website

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. You should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts using your browser or device settings
  • choose a light or dark display
  • zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
  • navigate the whole website using just a keyboard
  • stop animation by turning on your device’s reduced-motion setting
  • read the website in English, Arabic, Spanish or Chinese

How we test this website

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Every page is checked automatically with axe at six screen widths, in the light and dark displays and in all four languages. Automated tests also check keyboard use, visible focus, the size of buttons and links, reduced motion and the layout at each width. We have not yet tested the website by hand with a screen reader.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. Our automated tests find no failures, but automated tests cannot find every problem, and we have not yet completed a manual test with a screen reader. We will update this statement when that test is done and list anything it finds, with what we are doing about it.

Feedback and contact information

If you find a problem with the CAFiL website, or need information in a different format such as large print or audio, email hello@cityagenticfinance.org. We will reply within five working days.

Enforcement procedure

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018. If you are not happy with how we respond to your complaint, contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
